Excellent CNC Machining Service by HYSECO, Inc.

CNC means computer numerical control, which uses computers to control machines. It allows for producing complex parts and components with extreme precision and accuracy because the tools can now achieve intricate geometries. Once our customer’s specifications are ready, we program them into the software, which dictates the tools to carry out the tasks as specified.

HYSECO, Inc. employs the latest CNC machining processes so that we can provide you with outstanding results. We ensure that every project we handle is of the highest quality, as we understand the importance of hydraulic parts and components in many industries.

Benefits of CNC machining for specialized industrial projects:

  • Increased control over speeds, feeds, and tool paths
  • Customized parts and components
  • Faster response to design changes
  • Shortened lead times
  • Greater accuracy with zero defects
  • Improved personnel safety
  • Lower production costs even for shorter production runs

These are only some of the benefits CNC machining offers. One type of operation we focus on is CNC milling for better and optimal results that will ensure a smoother and seamless process.

What is CNC Milling?

CNC milling is one of the many CNC machining operations which focuses on removing materials from a workpiece. During this process, rotating multi-point drill bits are used to carefully remove the materials and produce the finished product. We also employ the use of CNC lathes in our manufacturing processes. A CNC lathe is a machining tool that rotates a workpiece on a spindle to cut away excess material. Like milling, the lathe is highly versatile and can produce a variety of shapes, but it excels in specific processes of holes, threading, grooving, OD and ID turning and cuts, and CNC milling is more of a general cutting process.

The cutting tool is mounted on the rotating spindle, and the workpiece is rigidly attached to the table. The table will move on different planes, so the tool can work on many angles without compromising accuracy. The spindle, together with the cutting tool, will move to create different shapes and dimensions on the workpiece.

Cutting-edge CNC milling machines will have five or more independent motion axes to make more complicated shapes without moving to another machine to work on a separate part. It significantly reduces production time and cost, making it more efficient than manual processes.

Standard and Specialty parts and components are achieved with a milling machine with CNC capabilities including 3rd and 4th Axis milling.

We can work on various hydraulic parts and components using materials and machining processes apart from milling. Some methods include boring, turning, drilling, and using a lathe. Fortunately, our in-house facility is fully equipped to ensure that we can accommodate all your CNC machining requirements.

CNC Lathe

Hyseco, Inc. has a wide selection of CNC lathes in our facility, which enables us to produce consistently high-quality precision parts. We have both manual and computerized machines that can work on various materials from hard plastics to metals. With these machines, we can quickly and efficiently create the exact part or component you need.

Our advanced CNC lathe machines are capable of taking on a wide range of complexity and accuracy requirements. With the computerized equipment, we can precisely control the speeds, feeds, and tool paths to ensure that you get a perfectly machined part every time.

The CNC lathe machines are also capable of performing multiple operations simultaneously with high precision. This allows us to create customized parts from start to finish in one production run, saving time and cost.

We also use CNC lathe machines for rapid prototyping of components. We can quickly create the prototype parts that you need in order to test different design features before committing to full-scale manufacturing. Furthermore, our experienced technicians can program and operate the machine to achieve accurate results without delays.
